Working with Amber was an absolute pleasure. From the very early planning stages , until the end of our trip she was with us every step of the way. I was really nervous about planning a Disney trip but she made it very easy. She helped us book many things ahead of time, including some meals and scheduled fast passes for us. She broke everything down into small decisions to make, along with when the decision needed to be made by. She was very respectful of budgets. She explained pros and cons of different things and had personal experience from travels with her own family. Whenever we had questions, she was just a phone call away and was very patient with us. She was even in contact with us while we were on our trip and when we had one very minor issue, I contacted her and it was resolved right away. I can not say enough great things about Amber.
